OUR HISTORY
The Biblical Apostolic Institute was established in 1999 as Biblical Apostolic University by the Rev. Dr. Billy D. Bates and was born out of the need for access to quality biblical education in an affordable and self-paced format. For more than two decades, BAI has pioneered the concept of distance learning for Apostolic Pentecostal ministry and laity coupled with affordability without sacrificing academic excellence.
