Biblical Apostolic University is now the International Apostolic Institute.

We would like to announce the retirement of Dr. Billy D. Bates who has served faithfully as President of Biblical Apostolic University since its founding in 1999. Upon his retirement and with the unanimous support of the Board of Directors, Dr. Jason M. Hood has assumed the presidency of BAU and is overseeing the transition to the new International Apostolic Institute with an aim to relaunch in the Fall of 2023.
